1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and eeebet ("eeebet," "we," "us," or "the Company"), governing your access to and use of the eeebet website, mobile platform, games, betting services, and all related features available at eeebet.cam (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager on eeebet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with eeebet's Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time.

2. Eligibility & Registration Requirements

Access to eeebet's Platform and services is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling and sports betting in the Philippines as required by PAGCOR regulations. eeebet strictly enforces this age requirement.
• You are physically located within the Philippines or in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of play.
• You are not a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction where participation in online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
• You are not currently subject to any self-exclusion order — whether self-imposed through eeebet's tools or mandated by PAGCOR or any competent authority.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of eeebet or any of its associated entities or software providers.

eeebet is not available to persons in the following categories, regardless of citizenship: individuals under 21 years of age; persons accessing from jurisdictions with blanket prohibitions on online gambling; and individuals on PAGCOR's exclusion list.

3. Account Rules & Security

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player may register and maintain only one (1) active account on eeebet at any given time. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, shared payment methods, or shared IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. eeebet reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any bets, bonuses, or winnings associated with them.

3.2 Account Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to promptly update your account information if it changes. Providing false or misleading registration details — including false age declarations — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your eeebet account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password for your eeebet account;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where offered;
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices;
• Notify eeebet support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

eeebet will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to secure your account credentials. All transactions carried out under your login credentials are your responsibility unless you have notified eeebet of a suspected breach prior to the transaction.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

As part of its PAGCOR compliance obligations and anti-money laundering (AML) program, eeebet conducts KYC verification. Players must submit valid Philippine government-issued identification before their first withdrawal. eeebet may request additional documentation at any time, including proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, and source-of-funds declarations for large transactions.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

eeebet accepts deposits via the following payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, InstaPay, PesoNet, and Visa/Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP).

4.2 Deposit Policy

• All deposits are final upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.
• eeebet does not charge platform-side transaction fees for GCash or Maya deposits; however, third-party fees imposed by your e-wallet or bank provider are your responsibility.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit.
• eeebet reserves the right to reject any deposit that cannot be verified or that appears inconsistent with AML standards.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

• Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods registered in the same name as the eeebet account holder.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Standard withdrawal processing time via GCash or Maya is typically within ten (10) minutes to two (2) hours after approval. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank.
• eeebet reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending further verification where required by AML policies or PAGCOR directives.

4.4 Currency

All account balances, bets, prizes, and transactions on eeebet are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific game or product.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed on eeebet are binding once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your wager before confirming it — including the selection, amount, and applicable odds or game parameters. eeebet is not liable for bets placed in error.

5.2 Bet Cancellations

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the eeebet system, it cannot be cancelled or reversed by the Player, except in circumstances where eeebet determines at its sole discretion that there has been a manifest error (e.g., a clear typographical error in odds or pricing that a reasonable person would recognize as incorrect).

5.3 Game Integrity & RNG

All casino games and instant-win products on eeebet (including bingo, slots, live dealer, and Super Wheel) use independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are verifiably random and cannot be influenced by the player, eeebet staff, or any third party. Results are final once confirmed by the game system.

5.4 Disconnection Policy

If a game session is interrupted due to a network or technical failure, the game state will be restored upon reconnection where technically possible. In cases where restoration is not possible, eeebet's dispute resolution process applies. Where a bet was confirmed by the eeebet server prior to disconnection, it stands as placed and the outcome is final.

5.5 Malfunction Policy

Malfunction voids all pays and plays. In the event of a verified technical malfunction affecting game outcomes, eeebet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts. eeebet's determination of whether a malfunction occurred is final.

6. Promotions & Bonus Terms

eeebet offers various promotions, welcome bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, and other incentives to players from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all eeebet bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as "playthrough requirements") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple for each promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on eeebet contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games, live dealer, and sports betting may contribute less or not at all. Check each promotion's specific game contribution table.
• Expiry: Bonuses and any associated winnings expire if not used or wagered through within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• No Double Bonusing: Only one bonus may be active per account at a time unless a promotion explicitly permits otherwise.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit bonuses through irregular playing patterns (e.g., low-risk wagering to meet requirements, collusion, or use of multiple accounts) will result in bonus cancellation and potential account suspension.

7. Responsible Gaming

7.1 Player Protection Tools

The following tools are available to all eeebet account holders via the Responsible Gaming section of your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases take 24 hours to activate.
• Session Time Limits & Reminders: Set maximum session durations and receive notifications when you approach them.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 90 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your account. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the elected period. Players who self-exclude will be removed from all marketing communications.

7.2 Age Protection

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the eeebet platform. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Operating more than one eeebet account;

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;

• Money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the Platform for any illegal financial activity;
• Abusing promotions, exploiting technical errors, or engaging in any wagering patterns that eeebet determines to constitute bonus abuse;
• Attempting to access, probe, or compromise eeebet's technical infrastructure or security systems;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing eeebet staff or other players through any communication channel.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the eeebet Platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, interface designs, and multimedia content — is the exclusive property of eeebet or its licensed content providers and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works of any eeebet content without prior written consent from eeebet.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, eeebet's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your eeebet account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

eeebet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profit, revenue, or anticipated earnings;
• Loss of data or business opportunity;
• Interruption to service caused by factors outside eeebet's reasonable control (including internet outages, third-party payment provider delays, force majeure events, or acts of government);
• Technical faults, disconnections, or errors outside eeebet's infrastructure.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit eeebet's liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

eeebet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time and without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms;
• eeebet has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity in connection with your account;
• Your account activity is inconsistent with legitimate gameplay as determined by eeebet's risk and compliance teams;
• Required by PAGCOR, a court order, or any competent regulatory authority;
• Your account has been inactive for more than twenty-four (24) consecutive months.

Upon termination for cause, eeebet may withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where termination results from a breach of these Terms, any bonus balances and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money deposits confirmed prior to the breach may be returned at eeebet's discretion following the outcome of investigation.

You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting eeebet support. Pending real-money balances (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to your verified payment method following standard KYC checks.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute between you and eeebet, you agree to first contact eeebet's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. eeebet will endeavor to respond to all complaints within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process in accordance with applicable regulations. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines for resolution of any unresolved disputes.

13. Amendments to These Terms

eeebet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, eeebet will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the eeebet Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
