11. Minors & Age Policy

The eeebet Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above, in compliance with PAGCOR's minimum age requirements for casino-style gaming and sports betting in the Philippines. eeebet does not knowingly collect or process personal data from individuals under 21 years of age.

Where eeebet discovers that personal data has been submitted by a person under 21, that account will be immediately suspended, all associated data will be flagged for review and deletion (subject to any applicable legal hold requirements), and any deposits will be refunded to the verified payment source.
